If You ("the customer") are not completely satisfied with your Louise Laffey online order, we will offer an exchange or refund, provided our return conditions are met.
The following conditions are applicable to all returns and refunds on physical products:

· Products must be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase.
· All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
· All elements of the original product must be included in the return package.
· Swing tags must remain attached to products.
· The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns, unless expressly agreed in writing with Us prior to return.
We may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that these conditions have not been met by You.
The following conditions are applicable to all refunds on digital/online products and course purchases:

· You must seek a refund by notice in writing at least 48 hours prior to participating in any private online Wish sessions.
· You must seek a refund by notice in writing prior to attending Session 2 of the relevant course event.
· All elements of the original product and/or offer, including any pricing discounts, will be forfeited upon seeking a refund.
· Requests for refunds on digital/online products and course purchases must be sent in writing to: support@louiselaffey.com
· Consideration of requests for refunds, not in accordance with these conditions, will be at the sole discretion of

The following conditions are applicable to all cancellations of online subscriptions:
· You may cancel your membership within 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund.
· After 30 days, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to the renewal date and you will not be charged on the next renewal date.
· All elements of the original product and/or offer, including any pricing discounts, will be forfeited upon seeking a refund.

We will do our best to exchange products for you where possible. Please Contact Us to discuss your requirements.
A member of our support team will contact you by email to advise availability for your exchange.
Refunds
We do not refund for change of mind, however, in the case of a genuine product fault we will provide a full refund including reasonable return postage cost. Please Contact Us to request a refund.
