Our LIVE Wish sessions are 100% interactive so be ready to dive in wholeheartedly to this special experience of playing The Wish with a group of your friends, family or workmates. We know you'll be amazed and delighted by what The Wish will reveal to you. What we love most about The Wish is how easily it lets you talk to the Universe! It's a direct line of communication that allows you to speak to the 'Intelligent Field' in a safe and supportive way, in real time (now!) about what you specifically want, or need, to help live your truth: your happiest and most fulfilling life. And The Wish does all this in a way which is fun and light and playful! It gives you clear signs to show you when you are energetically 'on track' to making your wish come true; when you need to take some 'action' to come back into full 'alignment' with your Wish, so the Universe can deliver it to you; AND deliver it in a way that's always full of wonder and delight! The Wish will open your Heart to what is TRULY possible when you trust in the magic of the Universe. ~ Your live Wish session will be held on Zoom. Zoom is a free online webinar platform that you can access via your computer (Mac or PC) or mobile device (iOS or Android devices). Your Certified Wish Facilitator will host your Zoom call and our support team will take care of all the Zoom administration behind the scenes, so your online Wish experience is as seamless as possible. Your Certified Wish Facilitator will also be using their own copy of The Wish to play with you online, and will walk you through every step of your Wish game ~ all you need to do is turn up ready to play! All our Certified Wish Facilitators have been personally trained and selected by Louise Laffey, Creator of The Wish. ~ Once you select a time and date for your Small Group Wish Session and confirm your final payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking together with the Zoom call details for your session. We will also send you a reminder email/SMS ahead of your session, with the contact details of our support team in case you have any questions or you need assistance ahead of your call. So ... Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY April 2022 We understand that circumstances will arise where you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. By booking one of our Services you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy listed as follows: If you're unable to attend your pre-paid Wish Session or your confirmed Discovery Call appointment for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice in writing. Please contact us at: support@louiselaffey.com to request a cancellation or to reschedule a new appointment time. Requests made in writing, more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time, will not incur any cancellation fees. Any request to cancel or reschedule a pre-paid Wish Session ( 1 on 1 or Small Group ) made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, will result in you forfeiting the full amount of your payment. Consideration of requests for refunds, not in accordance with these terms and conditions, will be at the sole discretion of Louise Laffey. If you request to cancel or reschedule a Discovery Call less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a new appointment time. ​ Thank you for your consideration.
