Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries around the world.
Please note that our checkout will not accept delivery addresses that are unavailable for shipping.
Can I combine multiple products into a single shipment?
Yes, you can combine multiple products into a single shipment.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the location of your delivery address.
For delivery to Australian based addresses, you can choose from Standard or Express Shipping options at checkout.
For delivery to non - Australian based addresses (international locations), Standard Shipping is only available at checkout.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to have your delivery shipped to you as quickly as possible, however, delivery times will vary depending on your order and location.
Shipping times are displayed at checkout once your address is entered. These timeframes are estimates, however most packages are delivered within the indicated periods.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a delivery tracking number that will show the status of your delivery.
You will also receive an email from us confirming delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address.

Do I have to pay the Australian 10% goods & services tax (gst) fee on my order?
Australian customers ONLY will incur an additional 10% gst fee on their order, which will be applied at checkout.
Non - Australian customers are exempt from payment of the 10% GST and will not be charged this fee at checkout.
Are import duties and taxes included in my shipping costs?
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or tariffs, which are determined by your destination country.
Where import duties & taxes have been included in the Delivery fee these will be expressly stated at checkout under the heading Delivery Method. Please check these costs before you complete your purchase.
